Construction of the new concrete curb and gutter along the north and south sides of Holmes Road, between Ford Boulevard and Midway Street, is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, October 1st. Weather permitting, the placement of the curb and gutter is expected to be completed by Thursday, October 2nd.
