Hopefully, many of you were able to enjoy your holiday and this short work week.
It’s hard to believe we’re at the halfway mark of the 2023 construction season. Many of our projects are progressing nicely, some have hit a slight snag in scheduling, but our team is working through those challenges.
Kudos to Adam Lape and the Operations staff for their hard work on getting all 20 township agreements submitted to our Board for approval. The final township agreement was approved during the board meeting on July 5. Your effort, dedication, and service are much appreciated.
Lastly, I am excited to announce our Recognizing Our Workforce (ROW) award winners for the second quarter of 2023! Winners were randomly selected from the 19 nominations that we received. Congratulations to Jason Clouse, Heavy Equipment Foreman and Jeff Young, Signal Operations Engineer, for being selected. These individuals were nominated due to their hard work and their willingness to go above and beyond to assist their co-workers. Thank you to everyone who submitted a nomination. Please continue to recognize the hard work done by your co-workers. Our next drawing will be for Q3 in October!
